The German Shepherd Dog Association of Western Australia (Inc) conducts a number of events and functions, including shows, exhibitions, obedience trials, agility and jumping trials, tracking tests, endurance tests, the West Coast Challenge, the Barry O’Rourke Memorial State Breed Exhibition, Walter Martin Memorial Show, Rick Richardson Memorial Show, club meetings, breed surveys, breed lectures and social functions and the major National GSD events are included in the calendar.
